Recipe test purchases charge $0, so there is no monetary refund. Proposed prices are not amounts currently collected.
Download problems
Download again from My library in the purchasing browser. If a file will not open or is incorrect, send the product name, order number and issue through Support.
Cancelling test use
Delete all test records in My library. Contact Support to request that a particular download be disabled or reviewed.
Future paid sales
Delivery timing, permitted use, cancellation and refund conditions and the contact channel will be finalized before actual payments open. This test notice is not the refund policy for a paid service that has not started.
